Classification, advantages and disadvantages of melamine board

Melamine board is usually called cyanogen board. Its production process is to soak different colors or different textures of paper in melamine resin adhesive, dry to a certain degree of curing, then lay it on the surface of particleboard, moisture-proof board, medium density fiberboard, plywood, blockboard, multilayer board or other fiberboard, and form decorative board by hot pressing. In production, it is usually composed of several layers of paper, and the quantity is determined according to the purpose.

Melamine board can be divided into melamine particle board and melamine density board according to its internal fiber morphology. The strength of melamine particle board is high, the strength of melamine density board is relatively weak, and the nail suction ability of melamine density board is stronger than that of melamine particle board.

Melamine board has good performance

1. It has a variety of colorful patterns and bright colors. It can be used as veneer of various wood-based panels and woods. It has high hardness, good wear resistance and heat resistance;

2. Melamine board can resist the abrasion of general acid, alkali, oil, alcohol and other solvents;

3. The surface of melamine board is very smooth and easy to maintain and clean.

The advantages of melamine board are: the surface is very flat; the expansion coefficient of melamine board is the same on both sides, so it is not easy to deform; the color is bright; the surface is very wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and the price is economical.

The disadvantages of melamine plate are: edge easy to collapse, not Gonghua, only straight edge.
